VelaHop VPN

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 5, 2026

These terms govern your use of VelaHop VPN for Android. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy. By using the application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it.

1. The service

VelaHop VPN provides controls to select an available server, start or stop a VPN connection, and view connection status. You need a compatible Android device, an internet connection and Android's VPN permission. Server availability, response times and performance depend on your network and the connection provider.

The app does not require manual account registration or offer an in-app subscription. It may display advertising. Session duration and traffic allowances depend on the active service configuration; where offered, completing an ad interaction can extend a session. Any future paid features will be described and priced separately before purchase. Your carrier's data and roaming charges still apply.

2. Permitted use

You may use the app for lawful personal purposes. Do not use it to carry out fraud, distribute malware, access systems without permission, violate others' rights, or disrupt networks or services. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you and the terms of services you access.

3. Your device and connection

Keep your device and the app updated, protect any connection credentials, and disconnect when the VPN is no longer needed. A connection may fail or stop when networks change, the device restricts background activity, or an endpoint is unavailable.

The app does not guarantee a particular speed, uninterrupted access, availability in every country, access to any particular website, or complete anonymity. It is not a substitute for safe browsing practices.

4. Privacy

The Privacy Policy describes the information used for connections, information stored on your device, and how to contact us about it. Websites, app stores, carriers and connection providers may have separate terms and privacy policies.

5. App and third-party materials

You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the app under these terms. The VelaHop VPN name and original app materials remain with their respective rights holders. Open-source components remain subject to their own licences; nothing in these terms restricts rights granted by those licences or by applicable law.

6. Availability and responsibility

We may update the app, change available endpoints or suspend functionality for maintenance, security or misuse. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable or required by law.

The service is provided on an available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not give additional guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Stopping use and changes

You can stop using the service at any time by disconnecting and uninstalling the app. Local data and backup handling are explained in the Privacy Policy. We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements, with notice where required.
